When you connect an Instagram or Facebook account, we access data only through Meta's official APIs and only with the permissions you grant. We use this data solely to provide the features you enable (for example, managing your messages and comments, publishing content, and reporting on performance). We comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for any purpose other than providing the service to you. You can revoke our access at any time in your Facebook/Instagram settings.
We use trusted subprocessors strictly to operate the service: Meta and Google (platform APIs), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (transactional email). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security standards.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing fady@firstclasscontent.co, or via our automated Data Deletion endpoint. If you remove our app from your Facebook/Instagram account, Meta notifies us and we delete the associated platform data.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw platform permissions at any time. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
We use industry-standard measures to protect data, including encrypted transport and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
Our service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
