01Why 3 to 5 a day. Not 10. Not 1.
- The algorithm rewards consistency, not perfection
- Most service businesses post 1-2 a week. You post 3-5 a day. Volume gap = visibility gap.
- 3-5 yaps × 30 days = 100-150 reps a month vs your competitor's 8. The math wins.
- Daily reps build a feedback loop. You learn what hooks work in your niche, fast.
01bThe 3-question quality gate · before you film
Every yap must pass all 3 questions. If it fails any, kill it or rewrite the hook. Don't film "good enough."
| Question | What it kills | What it keeps |
|---|---|---|
| Is the insight non-obvious? | "Post consistently." "Have a strong hook." "Niche down." | A reframe, contradiction, or angle the viewer hasn't heard. |
| Is it high-specificity? | "Lots of leads." "Made millions." "Grew fast." | "34 → 450 leads in 30 days." "$1.2M from organic." "13× lift." |
| Are you 10K-confident? | Anything where your gut says "meh." | Hooks that make YOU want to send the link to a friend. |
02The daily mix · 3 + 1 + 1
Five yaps. Three types. Same shape. Daily, no exceptions.
| Type | Count | Purpose | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Authority | 3 | Diagnose, don't tutor. The contrarian take. | "Your hooks are broken." "CPL high = offer weak." |
| Story | 1 | Build human trust. Vulnerability. BTS. | The car you sold. The text from a client. Origin. |
| BOFU | 1 | Direct ask. ONE keyword. ONE destination. | "DM SYSTEMS." "Comment SCORE." "Book a call." |
That's it. Five yaps. Same recipe every day. The clarity is the unlock.
03The shape · every yap follows this
No transitions. No music swells. No editing. Phone camera. FaceTime style. One take. If you don't like it, don't post it. Film a new one. They take 50 seconds.
04The rules · for each layer
Hook rules
- First word is a number, a name, or a contradiction
- Pass the no-sound test (does the on-screen text alone hook?)
- Pass the no-video test (does the spoken line alone hook?)
- Never start with "Hey guys" or "So today I wanted to..."
Body rules
- Bullets, never paragraphs. You're not reading.
- Every line is a punch. If it doesn't earn its place, cut it.
- Specificity over polish. $1.2M beats "millions." 30 leads beats "lots of leads."
- Diagnose, don't tutor. Tell them WHY it's broken. Don't teach them HOW to fix it. The fix is in the offer.
CTA rules
- ONE call to action per yap. Never two.
- ONE keyword. Same per campaign.
SCORE,SYSTEMS,KILLERS. - Trailing "..." for the soft close: "DM me SYSTEMS and I'll send the whole thing..."
- Frame as continuation, not chase: "If you want X, the next step is Y."
05The schedule · when to post
- 8 AM — Authority yap #1 (the contrarian take)
- 11 AM — Story yap (the human moment)
- 2 PM — Authority yap #2 (the diagnosis)
- 5 PM — Authority yap #3 (the receipt + lesson) — skip if it doesn't pass the gate
- 8 PM — BOFU yap (the direct ask)
3-5 yaps a day. Floor is 3 (one authority + one story + one BOFU). Ceiling is 5. Anything beyond that is filler. Don't post filler.
06What this replaces
- The "I'll post when I have time" approach
- The "I need fancy editing first" trap
- The "I'll start Monday" delay
- The 8-hour shoot for one polished video that gets 200 views
07The receipts · this is not theory
